HOMEPORT

CAPTAIN BELL is at home on the west coast of the United States in the Oregon coastal village of Wheeler. A local favorite, she has plied the waters of Nehalem Bay since 1987. The area has been the site of three steam meets since 1994. The Nehalem River and Bay are ideal steaming waters, and as you can see from these pictures, some of the most picturesque as well!
